UK Delivery 

FREE UK 1st CLASS DELIVERY

Extended Christmas returns policy: Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 25th October 2016. This means you can now return purchases up until 15th January 2017. Normal exclusions apply as per our standard returns policy. 

Orders received before 1.00pm on a working day will usually reach you by the next working day. In some cases when we / Royal Mail are experiencing periods of high volume, orders can take up to 3 working days to be delivered. All items which are displayed on the site are in stock. UK deliveries are free of charge and sent via 1st class Royal Mail. High value orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery.  

Low Cost International Delivery

Delivery to countries outside of the UK are sent first class signed for and are charged at a flat rate of £5.95. We use Royal Mail for all international deliveries who work with a number of different partner couriers once parcels leave the UK. To find out which courier will be used click here and select your country. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Western Europe: 2-4 working days
  • Eastern Europe: 3-5 working days
  • USA and the rest of the world 5-7 working days

International deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering these charges. An estimate of these taxes can be calculated here.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, return it back to us (within 30 days of placing the order) and providing that the item/s are sent back in unused new condition with all labels and product packaging in place you will be issued with a refund.

Returns Process

  • Please return the items to us in their original, unused condition with all original packaging within 30 days of placing the order.
  •  To return your item please re-package the item along with our invoice (If this is lost please email lombres@lombres.com) and post (obtaining proof of postage) it to the returns address written at the bottom of this text. Please note: goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. We recommend using a postal service that insures the items to the value of the goods you are returning.
  • All refunds will be proceed and any monies due, paid within 5-10 working days of receiving the package.

Please note, this policy does not affect you statutory rights in relation to fault or incorrectly described goods. Your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations is unaffected.
